YOUTH
The importance for these young people to develop their own faith while still young can not be understated! Their faith needs to be carried with them throughout their lives. It provides a stable foundation upon which they can build their lives. As Solomon wrote in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."
It is our goal at Fairview to provide help to the families of the congregation, which makes it easier on them to succeed in the command by Paul in Ephesians 6:4, "And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord."
The Youth Program at Fairview is based on serving and leading. We believe that our youth should be involved in serving the Lord as well as other people. They should also be leading whenever possible, to prepare them for the day when they become leaders in the Lord's Church.

PROGRAMS
• O.A.S.I.S. stands for Our After School is Spiritual. This group meets two Wednesdays per month after school. We sing, work on projects, learn spiritual things, fellowship, eat, and when it's time, go to Wednesday Evening Bible Study.
• Lads to Leaders: Lads to Leaders is a Church of Christ-affiliated nationwide program that focuses on equipping our youth with the tools needed to be the leaders of the future Church. Fairview has began participating in Lads and plans to continue for many years to come. We attend the convention in Nashville, TN at the Convention center at the Opryland Hotel.
• Camp Ne-Ya-Ti: Every year at the end of summer, we travel to Camp Ne-Ya-Ti to spend a few days and nights fellowshipping and having devotionals. There is a theme every year, which centers around what our youth will be learning in God's Word. Everyone looks forward to this fun-filled week.
• Boys to Men: This event is held on a Saturday around the beginning of each odd year. A guest speaker is invited to teach young men of area congregations how to grow and become men of God.
• Purity Day for Girls: This event is held on a Saturday around the beginning of each even year. A guest speaker is invited to teach young ladies of area congregations how to grow and become women of God.
• TLC: Teen Leadership Conference: This event is co-hosted by the Fairview and East Hill congregations in Pulaski, TN.
